We created a whole series of this type of miniatures, selling under the 'brand name' ROMAN EMPIRE collectables. 
We are now buying them back when ever we find them online or in auctions. 
Made of wood. Hand turned columns. Resin Corinthian capitals. 
Finish; all over crème craquel. Black base.
Brass clock face. Battery operated time piece.
